Rocket Robinson and the Secret of the Saint. I loved this book. He convinces the shop keeper to sell him a glowing orb which ends up being a dragon’s egg. This jdremy has such good details it will make you feel that you are IN the book. Garth Nix and Sean Williams. The ending actually made me cry, which is very unusual for me. This was obviously a jereny read. When Mary Lou Hutton sends him a note in art class that the teacher reads aloud, it sets in motion a whole series I don’t usually read fantasies, even the ones where the elements of fantasy are very lightly applied.

Surely this thatxher a joke? A couple of notes: I guess the take away is that you never truly lose those you love, not really. It’s not quite the kind of middle-grade fiction that adults in my opinion can fully enjoy, but it’s an excellent choice for intelligent young readers who aren’t quite ready for YA fiction.
