Up front, I’m not a karate expert. McCarthy has put a lifetime of experience into tranlating and explaining this oriental treasure.
This has long been a staple of karate research material, and I believe that it will continue to be clazsic. Some of this content is questionable, with regard to its efficacy and legitimacy, when looking at it from the perspective of modern science.
